USA Student Network offers separate opt-in pages for prospective customers and current clients. You are subscribed only to a program whose optional consent box you affirmatively check and submit. Consent to one program does not automatically enroll you in the other.
1. Program descriptions
Text Updates & Offers: recurring texts about USA Student Network's student-account education resources, administrative support services, related service information, and promotional offers. Sign up at Text Updates & Offers.
Client Text Updates: recurring texts for current clients about their existing service, including service-status updates, document reminders, appointment or follow-up reminders, and customer support. Sign up at Client Text Updates.
2. Consent process
To opt in, enter your mobile number on the dedicated program page, review the full disclosure, check the optional consent box, and submit the form. The box is unchecked by default. Leaving it unchecked does not create a subscription or an SMS consent record. Providing your number on a general contact form or purchasing a service does not by itself authorize text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The website records the consent disclosure/version, selected program, source page, submission time, phone number, and related record details. The website form records consent but does not itself send SMS or automatically synchronize records to a messaging provider. Provider-side campaign registration, subscription synchronization, STOP/HELP handling, and message delivery need to be configured separately.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to the program and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for plan details. The messages sent must stay within the purpose disclosed at opt-in; promotional messages will not be treated as service-only messages.
4. Opting out
You may opt out of a program at any time by replying STOP to a text message from that program. Where supported, keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT may also be recognized. Once the opt-out is processed by the messaging service, you will not receive further messages under the applicable suppression rules, except a permitted final confirmation or as otherwise allowed by law. Provider-level suppression may apply across multiple numbers or campaigns.
If you need help removing your number from a record or believe you received a message after opting out, contact us at info@usastudentnetwork.com or 855-804-5720.
5. Help and customer support
Reply HELP to an active message for assistance where supported, or contact USA Student Network at info@usastudentnetwork.com or 855-804-5720. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
6. Rejoining after opting out
If you opt out, you may request to rejoin by using the applicable dedicated opt-in page again, provided the subscription process is available. A new opt-in must be affirmative and documented. Provider-level suppression must be cleared only through the provider's supported resubscription process; submitting this form does not bypass provider restrictions or suppression requirements.
7. Delivery and program availability
Wireless carriers and messaging providers may delay, filter, or fail to deliver messages. Delivery depends on network conditions, provider and carrier rules, device settings, number validity, and other factors outside our control. The website records consent but does not itself transmit messages. Messages are sent only when the applicable messaging service is configured and permits the actual content. Consent does not override legal requirements or provider/carrier content restrictions. A program may be suspended if its use or content is not permitted.
8. Privacy and data use
See our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, security, and retention. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Our website retains the consent record. If a messaging program is activated, the minimum phone number and message data needed to deliver opted-in messages and handle opt-outs may be processed by the messaging provider and carriers solely for those operational purposes, not for independent marketing.
We do not ask you to provide passwords, one-time verification codes, or full Social Security numbers through SMS or website consent forms.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, messaging programs, or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions can be sent to info@usastudentnetwork.com or by calling 855-804-5720.
Message delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to wireless carrier, device, or service-provider conditions. Messages will only be sent for an active program and in accordance with applicable law and messaging-provider requirements.
