Important disclosures

A clear explanation of our role, optional services, use of official resources, and the limits of website estimates.

Independent business—not a government agency

USA Student Network is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, or any federal student loan servicer.

Official tools are available without a fee to us

Federal Student Aid provides official information and application tools at StudentAid.gov. You may visit official sources directly without purchasing a service from USA Student Network. Paying a private service is optional and does not improve eligibility, increase approval odds, secure priority treatment, or accelerate government processing.

Educational and administrative scope

Our website provides general educational information, planning calculations, checklists, and administrative organization support within a separately agreed scope. We do not provide legal, tax, credit-repair, financial advisory, loan-servicing, or government decision-making services. We do not access or control a customer's federal account, change official records, approve applications, or make eligibility determinations.

No specific outcomes are promised

We do not guarantee loan forgiveness, discharge, repayment-plan enrollment, eligibility, application approval, reduced payments, savings, processing timelines, or a particular result. Outcomes depend on current rules, the borrower's circumstances, and decisions made by the relevant government agency or loan servicer.

Estimates, calculators, and changing rules

Calculators and repayment comparisons are illustrative and may simplify complex formulas, eligibility restrictions, or transitional rules. They are not official quotes or account-specific determinations. Program names, rules, and forms can change. Confirm current information with official sources before taking action.

Customer responsibility and sensitive information

Customers remain responsible for reviewing all facts, signatures, certifications, and official submissions. Never send FSA ID passwords, one-time codes, full Social Security numbers, full bank credentials, or sensitive medical/disability records through public forms or ordinary email.

Text messaging

The Text Updates & Offers and Client Text Updates pages collect optional SMS consent when the visitor checks the consent box and submits the form. Website consent-recording is separate from SMS sending and provider registration. A valid opt-in does not guarantee message delivery or override the provider and carrier rules that apply to the actual content. See SMS Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
