This website does not offer a payment checkout, automatic subscription, or self-service purchase. A service is not purchased just by submitting an inquiry or visiting the pricing page.
Before payment or work begins
For any service offered outside this website, you should receive a written agreement or order confirmation that identifies the provider, specific deliverables, excluded work, total price, payment schedule, start date or timeline, cancellation process, and any refund terms. Do not authorize payment until these details are clear and acceptable to you.
How to request cancellation
Send a written cancellation request to info@usastudentnetwork.com with your name, the service reference or invoice number (if one exists), and the requested cancellation date. You may also call 855-804-5720, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time. Keep a copy of your written request. Any effective cancellation date, amounts due for work already completed, and any refund will be determined by the written agreement and applicable law.
Refund requests
Submit a written refund request to the same email address and include the invoice/reference number, payment date, amount, and a short explanation. We will review the request under the terms provided before purchase and applicable law. This website does not promise a refund that has not been defined in the service agreement. Nothing in this notice is intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Recurring payments
No recurring billing or automatic renewal is enabled through this website. If a separate written agreement ever includes recurring billing, its amount, billing frequency, renewal/cancellation method, and any refund rules must be disclosed and accepted before enrollment.
Payment disputes and contact
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first using info@usastudentnetwork.com or 855-804-5720. For disputes, the written service agreement, payment-provider rules, and applicable law govern.
Have consumer-protection counsel review this policy against the actual service delivery model, fee timing, advertising, cancellation process, refund practice, and any applicable student-loan/debt-relief rules before accepting fees.
